Good to know
-The home is great for families looking for spaciousness and a place to relax without having to venture far to explore everything that the area has to offer. The Kitchen is on the smaller side. The dining room table fits six. There are two barstools as well. If you have a large group just keep in mind the kitchen is smaller. The quiet 4 bedroom, 2 bath home features 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs with an abundance of natural light and a private entrance. -Primary Bedroom- King bed -2nd bedroom-King bed -3rd bedroom- 1 Queen bed -4th bedroom- 2 Queen beds with private entrance -Each bedroom features a 40-inch mounted Smart TV -Main Living room with a 50-inch Smart TV and sleeper sofa. This area is warm and inviting, perfect for catching up with family and friends. Families: Pack ‘n Play and High Chair always provided in upstairs closest. Step into the ultimate entertainment hub in the basement of Forest Ridge! Our game room is designed to cater to families and large groups, ensuring endless fun and bonding moments. Dive into the Pac-Man video arcade, challenge your friends to a competitive round of Pop-A-Shot basketball, or gather around the all-in-one table for poker, foosball, and air hockey. Relax on the comfy sectional sofa while watching your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or gather around the dining table for snacks and chats. For an extra dose of fun, try out our versatile corn hole game, perfect for both indoor and outdoor play. Whether you're looking to unwind or spark some friendly competition, the Forest Ridge game room has something for everyone! Amenities: -Just blocks from University of Virginia campus -Walking distance to UVA Medical Center -Take a 5 minute drive to the downtown historic pedestrian mall. Included Features: High Speed Internet and Wifi Full Size Washer & Dryer Linens, Pillows and Towels Provided Fully Equipped Kitchen (pots, pans, baking sheets, measuring cups, spices, etc). The kitchen is little older. Cabinets need to renovated. We plan to do that in 2025. Drip Coffee with Introductory Supply of Coffee & Sugar and Tea. Dishwasher Three Dedicated Workspaces Free parking for 2 vehicles on driveway and several cars on street out front in the residential neighborhood. What’s Nearby: Scott Stadium - 1 mile walk or 3 minute drive John Paul Arena - 5 minute drive Downtown Mall - 5 minute drive Wineries, Breweries, Cideries - Virginia is one of the country's top wine-producing states and the Charlottesville area has more than 40 wineries. We're a down-to-earth destination for world-class wine where you can find a bottle to pair with a weeknight dinner and a bottle to save for a special occasion. Additional Notes: I prefer no pets because some guests have allergies. If you want to bring a pet please message me first and I am definitely open to it. Your safety and the safety of our home matters. This property features exterior security cameras and an interior noise monitoring system. No parties. No loud music after 9:30pm. My neighbors have my number and will keep me informed because we want to respect the neighbors (violators could receive $1000 fine). No fireworks or smoking/vaping are permitted at any time throughout the year ($1000 fine).
