The open living area is the ideal place to unwind, featuring a large sectional couch and cozy accent chairs. For extra sleeping space, the sectional easily converts into a queen-sized bed. This home is great for families and large groups, offering plenty of room to relax and spread out. The layout includes three bedrooms upstairs and one in the basement, providing privacy and comfort for everyone. Sleeping Arrangements: • Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): King bed, dedicated workspace, and a Smart TV. • Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): King bed and a Smart TV. • Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Queen bed and a Smart TV. • Bedroom 4 (Basement): Two Queen beds. • Living Room: Sectional sofa converts to a Queen bed. Kitchen & Dining: The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including modern appliances, cookware, and dishes. Please note the kitchen is on the smaller side. The adjacent dining table seats six, with two additional barstools at the counter. • Kitchen Amenities: Coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, knife set, pans, coffee, and condiments.
