No patio/outside gatherings allowed after 10PM. If surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund. PET: Only house trained pets included in bookings allowed** Pet fee is $450. Keep pets off furniture and clean up after them in the home and backyard . Any indication of additional pets or animals not included in listing will incur additional double cleaning fees and penalty of $1000. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside OR outside property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in $1,000 PENALTY and guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
