STRICTLY ENFORCED: This is a friendly & quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of neighbors and do not disturb at any time. No loud music and parties allowed. No patio/outside gatherings allowed after 10PM. If surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund. PET: Only house trained pets included in bookings allowed** Pet fee is $450. Keep pets off furniture and clean up after them in the home and backyard . Any indication of additional pets or animals not included in listing will incur additional double cleaning fees and penalty of $1000. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside OR outside property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in $1,000 PENALTY and guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Your safety and the safety of our home matters. This property features exterior security cameras and an interior noise monitoring system.
