We had a great stay here for NYE and would highly reccomend. The house very clean, nicely updated, comfortably accommodated two couples and 3 kids, and was walkable to downtown Charlottesville. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this rental. The space was large and very comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms with the king size beds. The space was clean upon arrival. The kitchen was great, with updated appliances.
The neighborhood was great, with the rental being steps away from the restaurants and shops. Very walkable. It was a short drive away from all the area's attractions. I would recommend this space for anyone visiting the area.

We loved the combination of a large communal space for cooking, dining and hanging out and private bedrooms that are separate and quiet. We also enjoyed how the second story windows let in so much natural light during the day. The location has easy walkable access to great local restaurants and it is only a short drive away from DC. A very comfortable and welcoming space. We plan to be back.

Place was as advertised. Only issue was a flight of stairs right as we opened the front door. This place is on the second floor which I was not aware of as I didn’t really read prior to reservation. Host was quick to respond to queries and very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone as a great place to stay.

The property was amazing! It's exactly like described. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Everything was perfect, and our family even discussed the idea of booking again in the future. We loved this home.

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for our group and everyone felt immediately comfortable and at home. The beds were great and everyone slept well. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy to get around. I highly recommend and will definitely book again!

We loved our stay! Clean, comfortable, walkable to restaurants and stores, everything we needed was provided in the kitchen and bathrooms, short Uber ride to DC and Old Town Alexandria, we would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property for its fabulous location, spotless interior, and the most comfy bed! The hosts were very responsive - even proactive - in offering support. This was a last minute booking and they could not have been more accommodating and kind. Also - the bed linens were divine - we slept so well. I would definitely book again! Thanks for a lovely long weekend.
