We had a fantastic stay here!! This house was a great place for our group of several families with young children/babies as we explored Charlottesville. Easy parking for several cars, comfortable space, AMAZING game room downstairs that was enjoyed by all ages, and just down the street from a great playground and splash pad. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and glassware. Nice linens provided and baby equipment was available on site if needed. The host was the absolute best! Very quick to respond to any messages and proactive in sharing information about the house and our stay ahead of our visit. I appreciated the accurate and honest descriptions of the house and the photos, which helped us make our decision to choose this space. Check in and check out were a breeze. The downtown mall is walkable and also a very short drive. Everyone commented on how wonderful their stay was and how perfect to have this as our Cville home base.

Beautiful home in a great location. Spacious, modern, and clean. Also in a great location with restaurants, grocery, parks, and metro all within walking distance. Host was proactive, responsive, and friendly! Highly recommend all around.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Erin’s Airbnb in Alexandria! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. The bed was super comfortable, and the space was quiet and relaxing—perfect for a good night's sleep.
The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy.

This was the most beautiful Airbnb I've stayed in. I think the pictures are beautiful, but it's even nicer in person. It was extremely clean and supplied with anything you could possibly need, from kitchen utensils to coffee. The beds were comfortable and each room is spacious. Erin was very quick to respond and instructions are clear. We will absolutely return next time we visit VA.

This is a spotless, very pretty & well located accommodation. Only real issue was the polyester bedding which is not as comfortable as cotton. Also, be aware that the accommodation is up a flight of 19 stairs w/ no landing.

The space was beautiful and perfect for my family. There are a lot of good local restaurants within walking distance. It was a very short drive to all the things we wanted to see in the area. Highly recommended.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this location in downtown Charlottesville. The location was walkable to both the University of Virginia and the Downtown Mall. The home itself was extremely clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend to someone else and would stay there again myself.

Great house in a great central location! The house is located near the University as well as downtown Charlottesville. All attractions to the east and west are ~10-20 minutes in either direction if not closer. The house has a great set up with living space both upstairs and downstairs. The beds were all a great size and super comfortable. We had three young kids and an infant and everyone slept well. The games were a hit with the kids! The kitchen and dining space were great and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The host was responsive and friendly. The unit was clean and well stocked but not cluttered. I could walk to get a coffee in the morning at a couple different shops. Easy access to the airport, old town, and DC. Would for sure recommend to others!

We loved this property. Great location on campus and close to 5th St Station shopping center with groceries and restaurants. The property was fantastic. Very comfortable and immaculately clean. The host was always responsive. We needed 2 workspaces for remote work and the house was perfect for that. We have a plug in hybrid so the EV charger was a real bonus. We would stay here again!!
